bgt99 Responsible Gaming — Your Safety Is Our Priority
Enjoy the entertainment within your limits. bgt99 wants you to always play safely, mindfully, and in control.
Core Principles of Responsible Gaming
Playing at bgt99 is not just about the chance to win — it is an entertainment experience that should always remain under your control. We believe the enjoyment of gaming is complete only when it is approached responsibly. That is why bgt99 is committed to maintaining a safe and fair playing environment at all times.
Our platform is for individuals aged 21 and above only. If you feel that betting is having a negative impact on your life, please use our support tools or contact our support team directly. Remember — betting is for entertainment, not as a source of income.
Key message for safe play: Betting is a form of entertainment. The outcome of every bet is completely uncertain. Never place extra bets in the hope of recovering money you have lost. Stay within your budget and keep gaming fun.
Our Safety Tools
bgt99 gives you full control over your gaming. Use the tools below to keep your play within limits.
Deposit Limit
You can set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. This prevents you from going beyond your budget and keeps your betting in check. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, but increasing it requires a cooling-off period.
Time-Out Feature
If you want to take a break for a few days, use the time-out feature. You can temporarily deactivate your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days. During this period you will not be able to bet or make deposits.
Self-Exclusion
Choose self-exclusion for a longer break. Selecting this option will close your account for a set period or permanently. No promotional messages will be sent during the self-exclusion period.
Loss Limit
Set in advance the maximum amount you can lose within a given period. Once the set loss limit is reached, your session will close automatically. This removes the possibility of placing impulsive bets driven by emotion.
Reality Reminder
If you have been playing for an extended period, bgt99 will remind you to take a break. These alerts keep you aware of the time and give you a moment to check in with yourself during your session.

Protection of Minors
bgt99 is for people aged 21 and above only. Age is verified at the time of account registration. If someone who is a minor has access to your device, please use parental control software and keep your login details secure.
Build Healthy Betting Habits
Following these simple tips will keep your experience at bgt99 enjoyable at all times.
Set a Budget
Set a monthly or weekly budget before you start betting. Only spend money that, if lost, will not cause you any financial difficulty.
Respect Time Limits
Set a time limit for each gaming session and stick to it. Playing for long stretches without a break reduces concentration and weakens decision-making.
Do Not Bet on Emotion
Never bet when you are angry, sad, or under the influence of substances. Only play when you are in a good mental state. Do not place large bets out of frustration or fear after a loss.
Take breaks
Taking regular breaks is an important part of responsible gaming. You can take a time-out at any time and return to play with a clear head.
Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
bgt99's transparent payment policy helps you maintain financial discipline in your betting. The minimum deposit is just ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000 — these limits give you the opportunity to start modestly with a small amount.
Withdrawals are typically completed within 1 hour. We handle transactions through four trusted mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
As part of responsible betting, we recommend thinking about how much you can afford before each deposit. The deposit limit feature is an effective tool in this regard.
