These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bgt99 platform and its users ("Member" or "you"). bgt99 is an online betting and casino platform that provides services to adult users in Bangladesh.

By creating an account on bgt99 or using the platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully accepted all the terms described below. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms, together with bgt99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines, form a complete user agreement. In the event of any dispute, the English version of these Terms shall apply.

To participate on the bgt99 platform, the following eligibility conditions must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. This service is only available to those aged 21 and above.
• You must be the owner of an active and valid bgt99 account.
• You must conduct all betting or gaming activities using only your own funds in your own account.
• You are not a resident of, nor accessing the platform from, any restricted region.
• You are not enrolled in any gambling self-exclusion program.

Providing false information about age will result in the immediate closure of the account, and all funds held in that account may be forfeited.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may create and operate only one bgt99 account. Creating multiple accounts is considered a violation of the rules and all accounts will be closed.

3.2 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. If any information changes, you must update your account as soon as possible. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If unauthorized access to your account occurs, contact bgt99 support immediately. bgt99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access.

3.4 Identity Verification

bgt99 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time when necessary. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete. If required documents for identity verification are not provided in time, the account may be temporarily restricted.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The payment methods currently accepted at bgt99 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for all methods. Deposits are generally processed instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally completed within 1 hour. Withdrawals will be made to the same mobile banking account used for the deposit — this is part of anti-money laundering compliance.

• Sufficient balance must be available in the account to process a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals may be delayed while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress.
• Large withdrawals may not be processed until identity verification is complete.
• bgt99 reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on bgt99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bgt99 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. For the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means a total of ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Important: wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Each member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• bgt99 reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
• Bonuses have a set expiry period; any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Separate conditions may apply to other promotions, including VIP cashback.

5.4 VIP Program

bgt99's VIP program has five tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular activity:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Cashback amounts are determined at bgt99's discretion and are subject to separate bonus conditions.

6.1 Betting & Gaming

bgt99 offers cricket betting, slot games, live casino, fishing games, and many other types of games. Each game has specific rules that are outlined within the game itself.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to each game or betting market. These limits are displayed within the game.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical malfunction, bgt99 reserves the right to cancel the bet for that round and return the staked amount. Any unexpected gains resulting from a technical issue will not be considered as winnings owed to the customer.

6.4 Sports Betting

In sports betting, bgt99's decisions regarding odds and markets are final. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bgt99's policy on that bet will apply and, where necessary, the bet will be cancelled and the stake returned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bgt99 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using false or fraudulent identity documents.
• Using another person's account or betting on behalf of another person.
• Exploiting the bonus system unfairly (Bonus Abuse).
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Using any software or automated method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or technical flaw in the gaming system.
• Harassing or causing harm to other members or bgt99 staff.

8.1 Closure by bgt99

bgt99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, manipulation, or illegal activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.

8.2 Closure by the Member

If a member wishes to close their account, they may contact support. All pending withdrawals will be completed before the account is closed; however, bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements will be cancelled.

If any term is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in full effect. bgt99's failure to act on any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
